You have to hit her preemtively or zone her out. As a Dark Pit the way I do it is like poking with some arrows and dashing back - then suddenly charge with a preemtive nair to hit before she can use a save attack. tldr: don't try to punish Pyra's moves when shielded you literally cannot.They're to blame for why a lot of the cast, Pyra/Mythra and Rex in particular, are so all over the place intonation wise. To be honest, the former voice ends up being a bit amateurish at points in the game because of the intonation part.
