Yes, key off and removed. I stopped and removed the key at 3 different stops today and the blower motor stayed on the whole time. When I got home, I let it run for about 15 minutes then disconnected the battery. The blower motor then shut off. After about 10 seconds I reconnected the battery and the blower was off.
