Would be very easy to see that being a reason why if those mods weren't updated to properly trigger for the new journey system. nope no mods at all even a crafted bowdid not move teh step ahead, did send a message to support knowing them they will answer soon. I remember for some of the "craft x " journey steps, you don't have to craft it. You just have to pick it up. So if you already have one or find it on an enemy, you just have to transfer it to your inventory.
