Colt woodsman review
I am on a roll this year - just picked up another 1st series woodsman sport model at the LGS. Wanted to inquire if it is normal for it to have matte forestrap, trigger guard and front of frame, top of frame, top and back of slide? See the pics. Colt's website has it made in 1935 but we all know this is just an approximation. Serial number is 94135.Re: COLT WOODSMAN MATCH TARGET ACCURACY. I have several with different length barrels. They’re all roughly 2” 50 yard (10 shot) guns except a Huntsman I also have, which is a cheaper version I guess and that one is about 1” with TENEX. I shot one for about a year and moved on. Repairs and Gunsmith support ate me alive.
